Shipping policy

Please read item descriptions for all product information and shipping advisories. Some items on our website are available only for local-pickup: they cannot be shipped. Other items - such as bulk liquid soap - must be purchased with an appropriate bottle. Good Buy Supply® will make efforts to contact you regarding such concerns, but will adjust orders accordingly if certain shipping advisories are not promprtly answered by the customer.

How will my order be shipped? 

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout. Pricing will be reflected at checkout by weight, number of items and distance with each carrier. All orders are shipped from Good Buy Supply and should arrive within 2-10 business days depending on carrier selection.

What materials are used in my shipment?

Orders are shipped using upcycled boxes and materials. No plastics will be included in the shipment with the exception of any pre-existing packing tape. We hope you appreciate the simplicity and reuse! If you would like to request any special wrapping for a gift send an email to hello@goodbuysupply.co before you place the order to ensure we can meet your needs. 

Where is my order?

When your order has shipped a tracking number will be sent to your email address provided. Some carriers may take a day or two to update the status. If you have not received any updates on tracking after 48 hours please get in touch and we will reach out to the carriers.
